We are very excited to announce we expanded the plant last year from 15,000 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft because our work load had increased to such a degree we simply ran out of room for the jobs coming our way.   Our 32,000 square foot facility accommodates the executive quarters, manufacturing facilities, and warehousing area. 

The manufacturing facility houses our cutting-edge fabrication equipment and warehousing area for our clients with ATM buildings or surrounds that need to be refurbished or staged.  Anything needed to do a job from start to finish is available at our plant.

We use the latest technology in CNC routing and folding equipment. Our state-of-the-art software manages these pieces of equipment allowing for consistent assembly of products time after time.  For instance, if we make a product for you it will be saved in our system so next time all you have to do is request another.  All the information is ready and production time decreases dramatically. 

We utilize the latest in 3D modeling software giving us the ability to assemble our products in the computer before actual production. Using this virtual assembly method, we can ensure our tolerances, fit and finish to be of the highest quality and precision.  Savings are passed along to the customer because of less waste from human errors and miscalculations.

We have two new paint booths which enable us to apply the best in high quality finishes to every product we make. We can also apply custom finishes not possible without such equipment to simulate various finished such as stucco.

The graphics area contains a computer controlled plotter and work space for applying vinyl on everything from small directional sign to the sign faces in a pylon.  This is one area which will also be greatly increased in size to all for better mass production situations.

We have found good communication between the manufacturing facility, sales/design department, and the customer are paramount in creating a quality, cost-effective product.  You can rest assured that when you see the proposed sign...that is what you will receive!
